Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Automatic renewal
Green Beast subscriptions automatically renew on the weekly or biweekly schedule selected at checkout until canceled.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method according to your selected subscription schedule.
Subscription minimum
All subscriptions require a minimum of 8 oz per delivery.
For Customer’s Choice subscriptions, you may mix eligible microgreen varieties to reach the minimum. Farmer’s Choice subscriptions are selected by Green Beast based on harvest availability.
Skipping or canceling
You may skip or cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting us at hello@greenbeastfarm.com.
To prevent the next recurring order from being charged and prepared, a skip or cancellation must be completed before Shopify creates and charges that recurring order.
If a recurring order has already been processed, the skip or cancellation will apply to future orders. Because our microgreens are grown to order, an order that has already been processed may already be in production and is not automatically eligible for cancellation or refund. Refunds, replacements, and credits are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Changing your subscription
Where available through your customer account, you may manage your subscription schedule, delivery information, payment method, and upcoming deliveries.
Any subscription changes must continue to meet Green Beast’s current subscription requirements, including the 8 oz minimum per delivery.
First delivery
Your first subscription order is charged when you place the order. We then grow your microgreens to order, and your first delivery is scheduled for the first available Thursday after approximately 7–10 days of growing time.

Failed payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed, your subscription order or delivery may be delayed until the payment method is successfully updated.
