Refund Policy
Perishable products
Our microgreens are fresh, perishable food products. Because of their perishable nature, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Problems with your order
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, please contact us at hello@greenbeastfarm.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- your name and order number
- a short description of the problem
- a photo of the product or delivery when reasonably possible
Refunds, replacements, or credits
If we confirm that there was a problem with your order, we may provide, depending on the circumstances:
- a replacement
- a store credit
- a partial refund
- a full refund for the affected item
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when applicable.
Product quality and storage
Microgreens should be retrieved promptly after delivery and refrigerated as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for quality issues caused by improper storage, leaving the product unrefrigerated for an extended period after delivery, or handling after the product has been delivered.
Customer preferences
We do not provide refunds simply because a customer does not like the taste, texture, or variety of a product when the product was delivered in good condition.
Delivery issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and accessible delivery address. Orders may be left at the door or another reasonable location at the delivery address, and we may take a photo as confirmation of delivery.
If we are unable to complete a delivery because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, the order is not automatically eligible for a refund. Because our microgreens are grown to order and a delivery attempt may already have been made, any refund, credit, replacement, or redelivery will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
