Green Beast Microgreens Farm grows fresh microgreens for local customers in Palm Beach County, Florida. Our goal is simple: grow flavorful greens specifically for the people who order them and deliver them fresh on a predictable schedule.

Rather than keeping large amounts of harvested greens waiting in inventory, we use a subscription-first model. Customers choose weekly or biweekly delivery, and we plan our growing around that demand.

Grown to order

Microgreens need time to grow. New subscriptions generally require about 7–10 days of growing time, with deliveries scheduled for the first available Thursday after the crop is ready.

That approach helps us focus on freshness and plan production around real customer orders.

We’re starting locally so we can focus on the growing, harvesting, packing, and delivery experience before expanding further.
